He even drew himself! Coolness.
The three dimensional effect can only be seen when pedestrians are heading the art work at a certain angle. In a plan view, the art works are elongated to achieve the 3-D appearance.

heh, reminds me of our First Year assignments for optical illusion drawings... trompe-l'œil, anamorphosis, European drawings. but this guy's briiliant to a tee! thanks for sharing! never knew he exists!
